All sessions at The Social Tree House are delivered at the client’s school, child care or Kinder and are on a one-to-one basis. Sessions are individually planned to meet the unique needs, strengths, and goals of each child. Sessions run for 50 minutes, with an additional 10 minutes allocated for professional case note documentation and planning.

NDIS participants are welcome

A travel fee may apply for services delivered at locations more than 30 minutes from Hurstbridge. Any applicable travel costs will be calculated in accordance with current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Guidelines and will be discussed and confirmed with families prior to the commencement of services.

The Social Tree House is committed to transparency, and families will be provided with clear information regarding any travel-related charges before the first session is scheduled.

The Social Tree House warmly welcomes children who are accessing support through the NDIS. Our services may be claimed through eligible NDIS plans; however, it is the responsibility of parents, carers, or plan managers to ensure that the supports provided align with their child's funding category and plan goals.

We encourage families to check with their NDIS plan manager, support coordinator, or the NDIS directly if they are unsure whether our services can be accessed through their plan.

The Social Tree House is currently working towards becoming an NDIS-registered provider. We look forward to sharing updates with families as we progress through this process.
